What we collect
Only what you give us in our forms: your name, your email and, depending on the form, your phone number, your website or Google Business Profile address, your priority and your message. We also note the page you sent the form from.
This site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. Our host counts visits anonymously and in aggregate, without identifying you.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare the audit you asked for and, if you wish, offer you our services. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Where it goes
Your answers are passed on by our host, Cloudflare, then kept in NodeLuck’s email inbox. These services may process data outside Quebec; we chose them for their security measures. If you book a call, Calendly collects the booking details under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to reply and follow up on our relationship. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your information no later than 24 months after our last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
